Wessex RC plans to run weekly rides throughout the year, please see the Upcoming Rides page or our Facebook page for all upcoming rides. These rides tend to run on a Sunday and are at a pace of roughly 16+mph avg.
As we get into the season there should be more frequent rides throughout the week.
These Club rides are aimed at being:
- Enjoyable get-togethers for riders
- Country lanes used as much as possible
- Destinations and routes vary from week to week
- Newcomers welcome – non-members are always welcome to join one or two rides on a trial basis
The main club run day is Sunday.
There is no minimum age for youngsters joining our club rides, they can join in with the rides as soon as they are happy and ready to (subject to parental consent if under 18 and those under the age of 16 being accompanied by a parent or adult guardian)
